Good morning all

As you’ve probably noticed, our new schedule for blog posts means that we’re hoping to get two videos out each week. One of these will be a product recommendation (software/hardware/service), the other will be a tip of some form.

The products we can handle, but we want to make the tips as relevant as possible. So that’s where we need your help. We’d like to give solutions to real problems that people encounter, or questions that need answering rather than things we think you might want! So, please, if you have any suggestions, drop us a line via email, Twitter, Google+, Facebook, in the comments below or via the contact us page.

Of course, feedback is also really welcome, as it helps guide us in the right direction.
